Circle With 3 Corners
"...It's a knotted tale about big game poaching, crooked politicians, international crime and (somewhat unexpectedly) an intimate look into the underbelly of the skin trade. But don't expect an "all guns blazing" kind of spectacle here. This "circle with three corners" is a much more nuanced, an almost personal feeling, story. Whether that is through fictionalised autobiography or just darn good writing we can only guess. "

Imprinted Curse
Suspense thriller, fused with romance. It delves into deep emotional and complex moral issues, and dares to touch on contentious topics.
Imprinted Curse dives into the heart of Emily’s fractured world. Known to most as Angie, she’s torn between the shadows of her past and the haunting questions left by her mother's mysterious death. Unopened letters taunt her, and when a murder in Soho pulls Daniel—a cryptic client—into her life, Emily senses danger behind his charm. A peculiar bond forms, but questions loom.
What do the letters hide?
What really happened to her mother?
What is the meaning behind the Sankofa necklace Daniel gave her?
And can she trust the man she's falling for, or is he part of a larger deception?
Few secrets revealed:
Where do you get your inspiration?
As an introvert, I’m deeply drawn to exploring the complexities of people’s emotions, reactions, and feelings. Inspiration is everywhere, if we take the time to observe. Even the briefest encounters can spark the seed of a story. For instance, overhearing a stranger on the phone saying, “I received a package in the mail, and I don’t know who it’s from. Inside, there was a note that read, ‘You shouldn’t have looked.’" Moments like these are goldmines for my imagination—leading to one, two, or even three wildly different plot twists?
Do you set writing deadlines or word count goals?
Absolutely not! The writing either flows naturally, or if writer’s block decides to pay a visit, I don’t force it. My secret weapon is a cup of coffee—I can’t write without one beside me, even though I often forget to actually drink it! Once I slip into the ‘writing trance,’ I’m off in another world, in another time and space. Thank goodness my husband has patience.
What does 'Sankofa' mean?
'Sankofa' is an ethnic African symbol from Ghana, translated as ‘Go-back-and-fetch-it’.
The intricate heart shape symbol plaSankofa' is an African symbol from Ghana, meaning ‘Go back and fetch it.’ The symbol, often depicted as an intricate heart shape, carries a deep message about the importance of learning from the past. In my novel Imprinted Curse, this symbol plays a significant role, with its true meaning revealed only at the very end...ys a significant role in Imprinted Curse novel and its important meaning is revealed at the end...
What's your favourite song?
Without a doubt, all the songs from The Phantom of the Opera. I’m completely obsessed with this musical—after watching it 34 times, I decided it was best to stop counting! Of course, in between my Phantom marathons, I do have many other favourites, and you’ll find some of them woven into my novels.
